I have trained adults around the world for over 20 years. For over 10 of those I was morbidly obese, trying diet after diet.

Once I found the right motivation for me I succeeded with making the right decisions about what tools I would use for helping me to lose weight and I stuck with it, changing my life completely.

  • What if my reason is not strong enough?

    There will always be days when you off the wagon, especially if your goal includes a diet. Food is unlike other addictions, we have to eat and do not always make good food choices.

    If you have gone through the course and you do not find your reason works, you probable have not found your true reason. Going through the course again can help, you may find something new that helps you.

    Having the right motivation does not mean you will never stray from the path you want to be on, but it helps you to return to it quickly.

  • How can this help me?

    It can be difficult to dig deep and acknowledge our motivation. This is the reason that will slow us down or stop us from eating that 2nd or 3rd piece o cake.

    We go through exercises to help you discover your reason then we find a short phrase you can use to focus it.
